Kynlee & Poppy Mommy & Me Session

While we’re stuck inside awaiting Hurricane Barry and still have wifi & power, I thought I could get some blogging done! Starting with Kynlee and sweet Poppy! We rescheduled their first date due to some ugly weather but it was worth the wait for the gorgeous afternoon that we shot! Poppy wasn’t feeling so well that day, teething is rough ya’ll! I’ve worked with many teething babes before and when I do I like to focus less on trying to get posed smiles and document those sweet moments of mom comforting and cuddling babe also. So that’s what we did and luckily Poppy also snuck us a few smiles! I love mommy & me sessions at this age because I know moms will treasure being able to look back on these photos one day and miss those little moments, miss comforting their babies when they weren’t feeling well, and miss those close warm snuggles! Let them be little, and document them while they are!
